Safety Commitment

Our priority is safety training, injury prevention, ongoing education, and accountability. We aim to raise safety awareness and apply industry best practices whether on the roof, ladder, road, or ground.

We conduct regular job site inspections and audits, both internally and by third-party inspectors, to minimize risks, identify hazards, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Safety awareness and accident prevention are reinforced through daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual training sessions.

Ongoing Safety Education

Our team receives training emphasizing the importance of fall prevention.

Employees participate in an eight-hour Fall Protection A-Z Program that addresses fall protection strategies and the latest OSHA state plan requirements, featuring hands-on equipment demonstrations and self-rescue techniques.

All team members are required to take part in a semi-annual safety day, focused on addressing potential job risks.

After 90 days of employment, employees must obtain OSHA 10 certification, while all superintendents are required to hold an OSHA 30 certification

Ground Safety

We recognize that hazards can exist not only on the roof but also at ground level. To protect everyone at the job site, we enforce strict safety procedures.

Orange cones are positioned around work vehicles and designated areas to limit foot and vehicle traffic during active operations.
Parking lots near the work zone or areas at risk of falling debris are also cleared to ensure a safer environment.
